WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE
Wildland Cooperative is a farm, brewery, winery & local market - yep, all the best things in life! Our Market + Taphouse space is bright, beautiful and ready to welcome your next gathering. Soak in the panoramic views of Mount Spokane while peacefully sipping a beverage while cozy inside or under our patio cherry trees.
Brewery + Winery: We are excited to serve our very own beer brewed right here using local ingredients and seasonal flavors of the Bluff! We also serve a selection of handcrafted wines made together with our family at Townshend Cellar. We offer lots on tap for you to enjoy here or to go in the most refillable way. We also serve local ciders, non-alcoholic options, and seasonal drinks made using what's fresh on the farm - so there's bound to be a little something for everyone to enjoy at Wildland!
The Farm: Our farm goes way back—specifically as one of the original Green Bluff Christmas tree farms. We are excited to expand our acres beyond trees to include vegetables, orchards, and flower crops. We follow regenerative and organic practices in all we grow to feed our community to the absolute best and most delicious standard.
Art & Goods Market: Partnering with local artists and makers, we showcase the creativity of our Northwest area. We also have our very own apparel and creative goods for you to show your love for the wild spaces around us!
Our Green Bluff space is also available to rent for your celebrations! Contact us for more info on our private event rental options at hello@wildland.coop.

MEET THE OWNERS
We have family roots in Green Bluff, beginning with winemaking and tree farming. Michael Townshend and Vanessa Swenson founded Wildland Cooperative in 2022 from that foundation. Wildland is structured as a worker-owned cooperative, which currently includes two more worker-owners on the Wildland team, Riley and Caitlin, with plans to continue growing thoughtfully into the future.
At Wildland, our mission is to cultivate our connection to the land through a handcrafted beverage made here, a juicy heirloom tomato, or artwork by a local artist. We aim to always open our doors as a safe, comfortable space for our community to gather and experience the beauty and abundance of Green Bluff.
